Delightful executive holiday villa furnished to a high standard. Located in the picturesque Lake County of Clermont, just 15 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks and Golf.
This fully air conditioned villa offers 2 Master Bedrooms (King and Queen) both with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 Themed Twin Bedrooms (one twin room can convert to King bed), sharing the third family bathroom. There are two spacious sitting rooms – the quiet room and the family room. The quiet room offers a relaxing atmosphere and also a 4 person more formal or romantic dining area. The family room is the main hub of the villa and is linked to the family dining area and kitchen. The family room leads directly out to the pool/spa area. There is cable TV/DVD in the family room and all bedrooms. The fully fitted functional kitchen provides everything you could possibly need, including a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, waste disposal and water filter system. There is an array of pots, pans, cutlery and glasses etc (plastic beakers and plates for the pool area). The laundry room is equipped with a full size washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board. The screened patio is very private and not overlooked by another property. There is a pool, spa, table, recliners, chairs and pool toys. The pool has a child safety screen around it. Pool/spa heating may be requested. The air-conditioned games room offers ping pong, foosball, air hockey, darts and cable tv.

The Glenbrook Resort is a delightful small, friendly community ideally located for those who wish to visit Disney and for those who wish to play Golf. There is a Wal-Mart and Walgreens and many other convenient shops and eateries very close. Glenbrook offers a community pool, clubhouse (with free internet), gym and a recreational area. Shopping malls and designer outlets are 30-45 minutes drive away. The International Airport is just 45 minutes away.
